Recognizing that each student's path is unique, it's important to provide diverse educational opportunities. As a board member, I focus on:

• Diversifying Academic and Career Programs: Supporting the development of programs that prepare students for college, vocational training, or direct entry into the workforce.
• Enhancing Career Readiness: Promoting initiatives that offer internships, apprenticeships, and mentorship opportunities through community partnerships.
• Strengthening Guidance Services: Advocating for and ensuring funding so that counseling services are equipped to help students navigate their future educational and career choices
