I am committed to advocating for initiatives that support positive behavior, celebrate diversity, and foster understanding. I also believe in holding students accountable for actions that create abusive or threatening environments, to protect the integrity of our community.

I support the implementation of programs to prevent bullying and harassment, ensuring that every student has access to a safe and respectful environment. This includes establishing clear policies, providing effective reporting mechanisms, and offering ongoing education that empowers students to stand against bullying. By fostering empathy and kindness, we can equip our students with the tools they need to build positive relationships, while also enforcing accountability for abusive or threatening behavior.
As a Board Member of the Paramus School District, My role involves working closely with the administration to develop and support policies that prioritize safety, foster respect, and promote a positive school climate. By setting clear expectations, approving funds for necessary resources, and advocating for accountability and a strategic appproach, I help create an environment where everyone in our school community feels valued and protected.
